YHG1型冶金設備標(biao)準液壓缸
Y-HG1型(xing)冶金(jin)設備(bei)標準液壓(ya)缸(gang),為(wei)雙作用(yong)單活(huo)塞桿(gan)液壓(ya)缸(gang),缸(gang)徑從40~320mm共有(you)17種規(gui)格(ge),額定壓(ya)力(li)為(wei)16MPa,可(ke)以(yi)帶緩沖裝置。該系列液壓(ya)缸(gang)有(you)13種安裝連(lian)接(jie)型(xing)式(shi),除(chu)軸向腳架式(shi)外,安裝連(lian)裝尺寸均符合(he)ISO6021/1-1981的(de)規(gui)定。活(huo)塞桿(gan)端螺(luo)紋亦符合(he)GB2350-80的(de)規(gui)定。適用(yong)于(yu)工(gong)(gong)作溫(wen)度為(wei)-30C~+80C,工(gong)(gong)作介(jie)質為(wei)液壓(ya)油,乳(ru)化(hua)液的(de)冶金(jin)設備(bei)(不適用(yong)于(yu)磷酸(suan)脂(zhi))。





擺動式液壓缸
擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)是輸(shu)出扭(niu)矩并(bing)實(shi)(shi)現往復(fu)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)執(zhi)行元件,有(you)單葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)(pian)、雙(shuang)葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)(pian)、螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等幾種形(xing)式(shi)(shi)。葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)(pian)式(shi)(shi)式(shi)(shi):定子塊固定在(zai)缸(gang)體(ti)上,而葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)(pian)和轉子連接在(zai)一起。根據進油方(fang)向,葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)(pian)將(jiang)帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉子作往復(fu)擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)又(you)分(fen)單螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和雙(shuang)螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)兩(liang)種,現在(zai)雙(shuang)螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)比(bi)較(jiao)常用,靠兩(liang)個螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)副降液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)內活塞的(de)直線(xian)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉變為直線(xian)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)與自(zi)轉運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)復(fu)he運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),從而實(shi)(shi)現擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。
采(cai)用(yong)滾(gun)壓加工,由于表(biao)面層留有表(biao)面殘余壓應力,有助于表(biao)面微(wei)小(xiao)裂(lie)紋的封閉,阻礙侵(qin)蝕作用(yong)的擴展。從而提(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)表(biao)面抗(kang)腐蝕能力,并能延緩疲勞(lao)裂(lie)紋的產生(sheng)或擴大,因(yin)而提(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)缸筒疲勞(lao)強(qiang)度(du)。通過(guo)滾(gun)壓成(cheng)型,滾(gun)壓表(biao)面形(xing)成(cheng)一層冷作硬化層,減(jian)少了(le)磨削副接觸表(biao)面的彈性(xing)(xing)和塑性(xing)(xing)變形(xing),從而提(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)了(le)缸筒內壁的耐磨性(xing)(xing),同時(shi)避(bi)免了(le)因(yin)磨削引起的shao傷。滾(gun)壓后,表(biao)面粗糙度(du)值的減(jian)小(xiao),可提(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)配合性(xing)(xing)質。
